Purpose

The Audit Log shows all configuration changes in the portal: who changed what, and when? Important for compliance (ISO 27001), forensic investigation and internal control.

Required permissions: UWEBCHATVOICE.SECURITY.VIEW (implicit via tenant-admin role).

What is logged?

  • Queue creation, edits, deletion
  • Agent changes (incl. role assignments)
  • IVR changes
  • DID routing changes
  • Audio uploads and deletions
  • Settings (Speech key, AI config, AI)
  • Security role changes (from §11.2)

The Audit Log is read-only. Records cannot be deleted or edited — deliberate design for compliance.
