Purpose
The Audit Log shows all configuration changes in the portal: who changed what, and when? Important for compliance (ISO 27001), forensic investigation and internal control.
Required permissions: UWEBCHATVOICE.SECURITY.VIEW (implicit via tenant-admin role).
What is logged?
- Queue creation, edits, deletion
- Agent changes (incl. role assignments)
- IVR changes
- DID routing changes
- Audio uploads and deletions
- Settings (Speech key, AI config, AI)
- Security role changes (from §11.2)

The Audit Log is read-only. Records cannot be deleted or edited — deliberate design for compliance.
