Purpose

The raw call log (Call Detail Records): every inbound and outbound call is recorded with timestamp, caller, callee, duration and talk time.

Required permissions: UWEBCHATVOICE.CDR.VIEW, and UWEBCHATVOICE.CDR.EXPORT for downloads.

8.1.1 Filters

At the top of the page (collapsible):

  • From Date / To Date
  • Caller ID (phone number)
  • Min Duration in seconds (filters out short hang-up attempts)

Click Search to filter or Clear Filters to reset.

8.1.2 List

Call Detail Records — list view

Talk TimeActual conversation time (excluding queue wait)

Pagination: 50 calls per page (Previous/Next).

8.1.3 Export

Click Export CSV to download the current selection for further analysis in Excel / Power BI.

Pitfalls

  • Calls missing — recent CDR records arrive with ~1 minute delay. Wait and refresh.
  • Times look wrong — the portal converts internally to your browser's time zone. Check your browser settings if in doubt.
